I've had this rack on my car for two weeks now.
Installation:
The rack comes fully assembled, however, I did need to remove the 2" adapter as I have a 1.25 hitch. The rack connects to the hitch utilizing a threaded screw, and Inno throws in a wrench but save time and use your own socket. The hitch screw secures utilizing a lock nut which is also included. Once you've screwed on the hitch the only thing left to do is put the straps in the bindings. Very easy.
Use:
The top arm is adjusted up and down by pulling on a U shaped handle. Again, very easy.
The rack shifts, loaded with bikes, down to a 45 degree angle allowing access to a trunk or hatch. One places their foot on a pedal while holding the bikes and gently let the rack and gravity do their work. Very easy.
I've loaded this rack with four bikes and driven at 70 with no swing and no worries. I've also put kids bikes on the rack by placing them upside down. You might be out of luck if you have a lady's bike with a low bar.
One bike is secured by three heavy and flexible rubber straps which resemble snowboard bindings or the Saris system. However, unlike the Saris system the straps are not physically connected at one end- meaning you can take a strap and move it to another binding or if a strap does wear out- very easy to replace.
The rack's anti theft cable works great with just enough slack to get it through four frames into the plug without straining. It retracts into the vertical bar when not in use, and Inno provides two keys.
Problems:
I have experienced one issue, a hex bolt that helps secure an anti-sway bar came loose and fell out. I'll now be checking once a month to ensure all bolts are tight. I have also emailed the US distributor for a replacement (and extra straps) and will update this review to let everyone know what their customer service is like.
I love this light-weight rack and would purchase it again- quality product at a great price!

The traditional downside to hitch bike racks is that it can be a real pain to access your trunk after loading up the rack. Enter the Inno Aero Light four-bike hitch carrier, which makes accessing your trunk a breeze. The Aero Light is equipped with a foot-pedal release that tilts your loaded bike rack rearward. As the rack goes back, your trunk is revealed, so you can easily fiddle with your luggage or find Cosmo's water dish at a moment's notice. Once you've arrived at your destination and removed your bikes, the rack's arms fold down via the one-touch release system and store conveniently out of the way. It's the perfect bike rack for frequent travelers who anticipate having to open the trunk at least once before reaching the campsite or vacation cabin.
The Aero Light carrier--which holds up to four bikes at once--is made of lightweight aluminum for better fuel economy, and includes both 1-1/4- and 2-inch receivers for easy installation. The rack is also gentle on your bikes, with soft-touch rubber cradles and reaching straps to protect the frames from scratches, along with anti-sway cradles for added stability on the road. And to keep your equipment safe from would-be thieves, the company added a secure cable locking system with key locks.
